We form groups of at least 30 women in both rural and semi-urban areas. Each group participates by purchasing our selected quality products for personal use, contributing to a sustainable economic cycle.

🔹 Profit Sharing Policy

The profit generated from these product purchases is distributed directly among the members, helping them achieve financial stability and independence.

🔹 Booth Establishment & Management

Community-based booths are set up using the members’ collective savings. The profit generated from these booths is distributed as follows: — 20% retained by the organization for operational costs — 80% shared among the participating members

🔹 Savings-Based Empowerment

We collect regular savings from members to fund various initiatives that promote women’s economic self-reliance at the local level.

🔹 Women’s Development & Training

We provide skill development and entrepreneurial training to women, enabling them to go beyond participation and take active leadership in business and community growth.
